Your 2024 Theme Is

Last week I spoke about the power of having a theme/foundation to match intentions. I share more about mine here.

Want to know another reason why having a theme for the year matters?

It gives the present moment meaning and informs our attention/energy and actions. Having a theme helps us create specific intentions/goals, a vision for our life.

A theme keeps us moving forward instead of stuck in the past (with regret) or stuck (with worry) about the future. Being stuck is depressing and disempowering. 

I believe having a theme gives us hope. A theme helps us create a future we love!

Without a theme, what's our purpose? Are we wandering aimlessly throughout our life taking whatever comes our way?

We always have a choice about how to embrace our life.
