Your Life is Now
The last few weeks we've been talking about meditation.
Did you re-commit to your practice?
Did you decide to start a practice?
Wherever we go, there we are.
All we have is the present moment.
Perhaps as we've shared, being present for our life is one of the most profound gifts of meditation. Learning how to be here NOW.
On their deathbed, most people reflect upon these 3 things:
1. Will I be missed?
2. What are my regrets?
3. Did I make a difference?
I don't know about you -- I don't want to wait until my deathbed to ask these questions.
And I certainly don't want to wonder what kind of impact I had. Everyday my intention is to be present, add more joy, and make an impact.
Life is now.
Monday is a great day to re-set our focus for the week.
All we have is the present moment.
Are we making it meaningful? memorable? worth it?
Here's a simple practice to re-set: Never Miss A Monday
As you start your week, consider the promise of "never miss a Monday" to:
1. Meditate (Stephanie's Cat in Picture. Kitty knows!)
2. Create a Gratitude List and Review Daily- AM / PM
3. Make a Healthy Meal (or get one!) & Share It
4. Give a Compliment
5. Re-Commit

8. See the Opportunity in the Obstacle
9. Believe It's Possible
10. Ask For & Receive Support
