Each day (for 30 days) you will receive an email that will focus on a different aspect of wellbeing (keep reading for a sneak peek of what these will look like!) You may find some steps more useful than others, and that is okay!

DRINK MORE WATER.
This is the first step toward better health. The good news? It is so easy to implement! Water is key to your body’s health, and without it, it cannot function or perform tasks in the efficient manner it’s supposed to. Like all new changes, I recommend you begin to incorporate more water slowly – no need to drink half your body weight! Aim to drink 1-2 more glasses of water than you usually do. This is a great way to start giving your body more hydration, which will lead to more energy, better elimination, and a host of other positive health benefits! Each body is different, so pay attention to how you feel as you drink more water and do what feels best for you!

TURN THE COMPUTER OFF THREE HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME
To have good health, you must have good sleep. To have good sleep, you must limit your time spent using technology. It can be difficult but turning off technology earlier can yield immediate benefits for your body. Using any device with a bright screen before bed alters your body’s levels of serotonin, an important hormone and neurotransmitter that can alter the sleep cycle. Your body finds it difficult to achieve a state of relaxation when levels of serotonin are disrupted. Power down your devices a few hours before bed.

Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I’m an entrepreneur, coach, author, yogi, shaman, and podcast host working with motivated people who are ready to thrive. I am also the co-founder of Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary, a healing space that provides sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit.
I have been working in the wellness field for over 17 years. In 2003, I began building my wellness business on the side while still working my corporate job. By 2007, after 10 years in corporate, I was ready to dive full time in wellness. I haven’t looked back.
I firmly believe when we gain the tools to nourish our body, mind, and spirit we experience health and wealth in all its forms. Life flows easily. We connect to our purpose. We feel good. We make good choices. We thrive! It is my intention to leverage my life experience, training, and certifications to help you live a life of affluence and thrive.
