Why is it that some of us wait until we are sick & tired to make changes?


Human nature. We tend to be lazy unless we choose otherwise. 


It's not about shaming or blaming ourselves. It's about being kind to ourselves.


How do we do that?


Many ways! I have found we get the most benefit when we tend to our whole self: body, mind, and spirit.


Body: Our food, our rest, our movement


Mind: Our meditation, our stress management tools


Spirit: Our energy, our prayer, our connection to the formless
